Service Manger

Bharath Group – Yamaha, Thiruvalla is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily service and workshop operations.
• Supervise Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service revenue, productivity, and targets.
• Coordinate with the spare parts and sales departments.
• Ensure compliance with Yamaha service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in two-wheeler service operations required.
• Experience in an authorized dealership preferred.
• Good technical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve service targets.
