Service Mechanical Engineer

Super-Aire Airconditioning and Mechanical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated Service Mechanical Engineer to join our growing service team. In this role, you will help drive modernization by providing insights on improving documentation, technician standards, and customer engagement. This is a supportive entry-level position, perfect for those seeking to kickstart their careers.

What You’ll Do

• Help improve client history-tracking systems
• Provide insights on SOP enhancement
• Perform work quality assessments for Technicians and Staff
• Maintain proactive communication channels externally and internally

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Valid PRC License/ Registered Mechanical Engineer

• Strong interest in HVAC troubleshooting, mechanical/electrical systems, and technical problem-solving.

• Basic understanding of tools, testing equipment, and safety practices.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferably with valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to customer sites, if applicable.

• Willingness to learn new products, systems, and diagnostic tools.

• Preferably with previous internship, co-op, technician, or customer-facing technical experience relevant to HVAC. New board passers are highly encouraged to apply

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
  Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
