Duties

• Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs
• Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates, and invoices using auto estimating software
• Communicate clearly with technicians about repair procedures, parts needed, and timelines
• Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspensions, shocks & struts
• Manage workflow efficiently to ensure timely vehicle turnaround while maintaining quality standard
• Maintain comprehensive records of all service activities, customer interactions, and vehicle histories

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience,Maine state inspection license
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience preferred
• Expertise in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Ability to upsell services confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of various automotive systems including , oil changes, tire services, suspension work, shocks & struts, brake repairs
• Automotive service technician experience is highly valued for understanding technical aspects of repairs

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
