Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure ServiceNow platform including GRC modules
- Perform DevOps activities including code deployment across environments
- Develop and implement fixes for production defects
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems
- Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability
- Support audits and compliance reporting
- Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches
- Automate operational tasks for efficiency
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
