🚀 Freelance ServiceNow Developer – 3-Month Assignment (Extension Possible)

On behalf of a client, I'm looking for an experienced Freelance ServiceNow Developer who enjoys developing, maintaining and optimising business-critical applications within a complex IT environment.

📍 The Assignment

• Duration: 3 months, with a possible extension
• Type: Freelance only (you must be able to work as an independent contractor, e.g. registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce / KvK)
• Location: Candidates must be based in the Netherlands

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for managing and further developing the ServiceNow platform. You'll work closely with stakeholders, internal teams and external suppliers to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing and further developing the ServiceNow platform
• Resolving incidents and handling change requests
• Release management and interface monitoring
• Implementing new functionalities and integrations
• Translating business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Advising stakeholders on improvements and optimisations
• Collaborating with various teams and external suppliers

🎯 Required Expertise

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, Service Portal and Custom Applications
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, XML and JSON
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch and English

⭐ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of GDPR and data security
