Job Description

Nine Core Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Configure CSDM, CMDB Health, IRE, MID Server, and Event Management.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Work with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data integrations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
• Participate in upgrades, deployments, testing, and technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM / ITOM / CMDB.
• Experience with Discovery & Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, IRE, and CMDB Health.
• Excellent ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of MID Server, Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience working on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications.
• ITAM / SAM / HAM.
• Event Management.
• ServiceNow HRSD / CSM.
• Performance Analytics.
• UI Builder / Service Portal.
• GenAI / Now Assist experience.

What We Look For

Candidates with end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience and strong hands-on development capabilities will be preferred.
