The role involves configuring SPM modules, developing workflows, creating integrations, building custom applications and reports, and ensuring the platform aligns with business requirements while following ServiceNow best practices.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Strong knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Investment Funding
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
