Required Technical Skill Set :

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, techniques, and tools, with experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts and ATF
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or CSM is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus but not required.

Must-Have :

• Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA

• Hands-on experience in CYARA and should have extensive experience in using Data driven, Cruncher/Cruncher Lite, Tags and running campaigns.

• Hands-on experience in preparing quality test cases

• Experience in Automated IVR Functional Testing

• Manual functional and acceptance testing

• Automated acceptance testing

• JavaScript test authoring

• Appium mobile test authoring (iOS Android)

• Git version control

• Test evidence collection and reporting

• Cypress

• Postman (or similar) API testing

• Accessibility testing (iOS/Android/web)

• Applitools

• SauceLabs

• Performance testing: Performance Center/Load Runner

• Webview JavaScript bridging

• SAST and DAST security tooling
