Service Nurse & Medical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, efficient, and holistic nursing care to patients in accordance with clinic standards, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate patient conditions.

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and timely.

• Assist doctors during clinical procedures and emergency situations.

• Monitor patients' progress, conduct follow-up care, and respond to patient enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment before procedures and maintain clinic cleanliness.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports.

• Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen with minimum of Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, Medical or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or outpatient clinical settings are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and caring attitude.

• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, discipline and capable of following instructions accurately and reliably.

• Candidates who are available to commence work in August 2026 or can join on short notice will be given priority.

Working Hours:

• 8.30 A.M. - 5.00 P.M. (First Shift)
• 11.00 A.M. - 7.30 P.M. (Second Shift)
• Able to work on weekends & Public holidays.
