Service Officer

About the role

As a Service Officer, you'll be the friendly face of our stadium venues, delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping keep the venue running smoothly.

The diverse role includes administrative tasks such as computer and phone-based service, as well as face to
face servicing customers at reception and café. The Service Officer is also responsible for preparing food
and beverages, cleaning, supporting venue setup, and assisting with the delivery of programs and services

Established in 2022 by the City of Greater Dandenong, South East Leisure currently manages and

operates the following council-owned venues:

• Dandenong Oasis
• Noble Park Aquatic Centre
• Springers Leisure Centre
• Dandenong Stadium

These facilities attract over 2 million annual attendances and are a significant and important interface between Council and our diverse community.
