Service Operation Executive ( BMS System)

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, work orders, and technician schedules.
• Prepare quotations, service reports, proposal, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records.
• Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Track open projects, service contracts, parts, and pending activities.
• Follow up on completed jobs and outstanding payments/documents.
• Update service management/ERP systems and maintain filing systems.
• Prepare regular service reports and performance updates.
• Ensure service activities comply with company procedures and SLAs.
• Support the Service Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma, Operations, or a related field.
• 0 TO 1 Year in service administration, coordination, or office administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/service management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
