- Informs the sales team for the status of jobs being performed (completion date, parts requirements, etc.)
- Ensure that jobs are being done in accordance with customer requirement within the target completion.
- Gives advance information to the sales team for any changes in the delivery timing.
- Monitors and guides technicians during execution of job.
