Service Operations Administrator

About the role

As a Service Operations Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to Service Managers and Supervisors, playing a pivotal role in supporting KONE's transformation of its service delivery model.

You will centralise key administrative processes and help ensure operational efficiency across the business as the company implements a new system and way of working that will streamline how service operations are planned, coordinated, and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Service Managers and Supervisors
• Coordinate updates and changes to maintenance plans and service schedules within the new system
• Act as a key coordination point between Customer Service, Field Teams, and other internal stakeholders
• Support service operations by managing work orders, service-related documentation, and administrative processes
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders
• Assist with inspection administration, including processing reports, coordinating follow-up actions, and tracking outcomes
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and service information
• Support continuous improvement initiatives associated with new systems and ways of working

About you

• Previous administration, operations support, customer service, or service coordination experience
• Experience working in a service/maintenance business preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence working across multiple systems and databases
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Field Service Management systems, or similar platforms will be highly regarded
• The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
