Service Operations Associate

We're seeking a Service Operations Associate to support day to day client service and coordination activities within a travel focused environment. This role is centered around organization, communication, research, and making sure important details are handled accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do:
Assist with coordinating client requests and service needs

Organize schedules, records, and important trip information

Research travel related options and resources

Communicate with clients and industry partners

Monitor updates, confirmations, and changes

Help maintain accurate and organized information

Assist with resolving routine questions and requests

Support smooth day to day service operations

Previous industry experience is not required
