Service Operations Center Agent

At Ziptransfers, we have been operating in the airport transfer industry for more than 15 years. Today, we are a multicultural team of almost 40 people, with different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds, managing services across 80+ countries and 250+ airports worldwide. We are growing and looking for a Service Operations Center Agent to join our team. The role combines booking management, customer support and daily operations, helping ensure our transfers run smoothly around the world. The role Manage and review bookings and booking requests. Assist customers and providers mainly by phone, as well as through other communication channels. Monitor live transfers and daily operations. Handle changes, incidents and last-minute situations. Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. What we are looking for Previous experience in customer service, booking, operations, tourism, transport or similar. High level of English and Spanish. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable handling phone-based customer and provider support. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills. Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
