Service Operations Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update records and files related to all M's BRIDGE system applications and features, ensuring confidentiality and safekeeping for reporting to Japan.
• Record information concerning Call Back Services (trouble calls) for Mitsubishi Electric elevators detected in the MSP system.
• Gather and organize manuals and related data from the M's BRIDGE Call Back Service History Function and Intra-maintenance Program.
• Inform the branch supervisor-in-charge and MIC Secretary about trouble calls or entrapment cases for immediate dispatching of service personnel.
• Ensure proper documentation and data entry for service-related activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues as needed to support the M's BRIDGE System Analyst and service personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (perferably licensed by the Professional Regulatory Commission)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data management, technical troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
