Cooling Towers & Accessories is looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead site teams, drive safety and compliance, and ensure the successful delivery of service activities across customer locations throughout Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on service, maintenance, engineering, or site operations leader who enjoys leading people, improving performance, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Requirements

Experience leading site-based teams
Strong mechanical background
Experience preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Ireland
