We are hiring a Service Parts Manager to join our growing team!

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to oversee the parts and inventory needs for our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily parts inventory and organization
• Order, receive, and distribute HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stocking levels
• Work closely with service technicians to identify and obtain needed parts
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and track deliveries
• Research and locate parts when needed
• Monitor pricing and help control parts costs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area
• Track special orders, returns, warranties, and core returns
• Communicate with management, technicians, and office staff
• Help ensure technicians have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently
• Perform regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a related service industry preferred
• Parts, warehouse, inventory, or purchasing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to identify and understand common HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
