Service Planning Manager

Job Duties:

• Analyze service performance (response time, workload, completion time and customer patterns)
• Plan and allocate resources based on workload, skills, location, urgency, and priority
• Build reports and dashboards to support planning decisions and track KPIs
• Monitor utilization, productivity, travel time, backlog and recommend process and staffing improvements
• Review service schedules and adjust resource plans as needed
• Prepare management reports and dashboards on trends, risks, costs and required actions
• Support commercial activities including pricing recommendations and service expansion opportunities
• Analyze profitability by different type; identify margin drivers and cost issues
• Escalate low/negative-profit work, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Work with Finance to improve service cost control
• Improve service planning using predictive models, data standards and performance tools
• Improve data quality/recordkeeping to increase accuracy and transparency

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital printing and office solutions
• Experience in service planning/business analysis or a related function is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of service operations: technician scheduling, maintenance, repair workflows and customer needs
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business action
• Strong Business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in  MS Office application
