Service Plumber

We're the best plumbing company in the Lowcountry and we pay like it. Our plumbers are the most well-compensated in the area. We're looking for one more who wants to be.

Who we are

Veteran-owned, plumbing-only, residential service. Four years in business, three Best of the Lowcountry awards, 900+ five-star Google reviews. We built that by being faster, sharper, and more accountable than everyone else swinging a wrench in this market — and we're not slowing down. If you want a company that coasts, this isn't it.

What you'll do

• Run residential service and repair calls: diagnostics, water heaters, repipes, gas lines, drain and fixture work
• Diagnose fast and accurately — no guessing, no parts-cannon
• Explain the problem and the options straight to the homeowner
• Own your numbers: callbacks, close rate, job quality
• Keep your truck stocked and ready so you're never the reason a customer waits

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years residential service plumbing experience
• Competitive — you track your own performance and you don't like losing
• Coachable — you take feedback and apply it the same day
• Clean driving record; must pass a background check
• Professional in a customer's home, every time
• SC plumbing license, or the experience to sit for one (we'll support you getting there)

What you get

• Top compensation in the Lowcountry, paid weekly
• Fully stocked truck and the tools to do it right the first time
• Real dispatch and office support — you plumb, we handle the rest
• Ongoing training and a fast path to Lead Tech, Install Manager, or Service Manager
• Teammates who hold the same standard you do
