Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking in parking areas
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles with precision and care
• Assist with vehicle cleaning, light maintenance, and basic detailing as needed
• Support the service team by delivering vehicles to designated areas or to customers’ locations
• Conduct outdoor work including heavy lifting of equipment or vehicle parts in various weather conditions
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth vehicle flow and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions confidently and safely
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work for extended periods
• Experience working outdoors or in outdoor work environments preferred
• Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures is advantageous
• Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
• Cash handling, retail math, cashiering experience, or dealership background is beneficial but not required
