Service Porter

About Us
Lunde Auto is a locally owned automotive group in Wadena. It includes Lunde Auto Sales (used vehicle retail), Trusted Car Care (full-service auto repair) and Rally Rental. We're growing, and we need a reliable Porter to keep vehicles moving and our buildings looking their best.

The Role
The Porter supports both our sales and service teams. You'll move vehicles where they need to be, when they need to be there, and keep every one of our Wadena buildings clean and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up the front lot every morning: straight rows, clean vehicles, window stickers in place
• Wash, fuel and stage sold vehicles for customer deliveries
• Pull service vehicles into bays for technicians, and move finished vehicles out promptly
• Move vehicles between the sales lots, the service shop and the reconditioning center
• Prep and check in loaner vehicles for service customers
• Do daily light cleaning in all Wadena buildings: showrooms, customer lounge, restrooms, coffee stations, trash and entryways
• Do weekly deep cleaning on a set rotation: floors, glass, restrooms, break areas, shop floor and lots
• Keep track of vehicle keys and follow safe driving and handling procedures
• Clear snow from vehicles, lots and entryways in winter

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR check required)
• Able to drive automatic and manual transmissions, trucks and SUVs safely in all weather
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs, and to work outdoors year-round
• Reliable, on time, and able to work on your own across multiple buildings
• No experience required. We'll train the right person.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with an early start to set up the lot before we open
