Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Porter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and their vehicles, ensuring smooth vehicle movement within the dealership, providing excellent guest services, and supporting our service department’s daily operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes
• Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other dealership vehicles
• Park, retrieve, and move vehicles efficiently within the dealership lot or service area
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving parts or equipment as needed
• Process cash transactions accurately for services or parking fees
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and surrounding areas
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and customer needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars preferred
• Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably
• Previous experience in hospitality, valet parking, or automotive service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Basic understanding of retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Outdoor work experience is beneficial; ability to work in various weather conditions

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
