Service Professional/Server

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintained throughout the dining experience.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in both the dining area and kitchen as required.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to in a timely manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is an advantage.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems are highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A passion for guest services, with the ability to create memorable dining experiences for customers.
