Service Quality Control & Compliance Intern

As a Service Quality Control & Compliance Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining service excellence by evaluating performance standards for Live Hosts and Customer Service agents. This internship offers hands-on experience in quality monitoring, agent knowledge management, and training material calibration to support frontline operational teams.

• Assessment & Quality Sampling: Conduct routine evaluation sampling and performance scoring for Live Hosts and CS Agents based on established quality standards.

• Knowledge Article Creation: Assist in developing, writing, and updating informative articles and guides for the agent knowledge base.

• Study Case Calibration: Help design, review, and calibrate study case materials used for agent training, assessments, and quality alignment sessions.

• Bachelor's degree student or recent graduate in Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and evaluation skills.

• Excellent writing and communication skills for drafting clear internal documentation and articles.

• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
