Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the ordering, receipt, storage, and issue of parts to the Service department.
• Maintaining and building relationships with customers.
• Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ensuring that the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts are fully adhered to.
• Taking Service bookings and Using Autoview service Diary
• Ensuring all customers are contacted before and after service
• General parts housekeeping, pricing and lead times.
• To assist in stock checks when required.
• General service and parts invoicing
• Service reminders

Key Requirements:

• Computer literate.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Previous experience with AutoView would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• A positive and outgoing personality and good team work abilities.
• Full training will be provided.
• A knowledge of vehicle parts is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €38,500.00 per year
