Service Receptionist

This is a customer-focused, full-time opportunity, located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a Service Receptionist with a desire to learn and grow, as part of our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• First point of contact - bring your smile
• Book appointments, follow up contact and assist customers with queries
• Proactively communicate with customers
• Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams
• Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships

About You:

• Good computer skills are essential
• Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means
• Well-presented and professional presentation
• Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proactive, not reactive approach
• Able to work Monday to Friday - 07.30am - 5.00pm
• Full working rights, and committed to a full-time role
