Service Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the Affluent Desk for a cluster of branches, ensuring seamless service delivery to mapped affluent clients
• Handle end-to-end client servicing, relationship management, and timely resolution of queries/escalations
• Ensure achievement of sales targets while actively tracking all relevant sales parameters, including third-party products (insurance, mutual funds, and investment products)
• Drive cross-sell, client activation, and growth in AUM through effective engagement with the affluent client base
• Maintain high customer service standards, strong communication, and strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines
