Service Relationship Manager

We are looking for Service Relationship Manager for HNI and UHNI business.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported. They work to develop and implement client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all clients.

• Responsible for Client services as well as providing support to the Financial Advisors.
• Deal with HNIs & UHNIs and then execute their financial n nonfinancial investment transaction

Learn advance systems for investment reporting & tracking

• Seamless handling of the backend and operational requirements to keep the investment process hassle free and paperless
• Adhering to the processes and providing inputs to improvise it further

Initiating client contact via phone/meetings as needed to support RMs

Knowledge of the execution of mutual funds

• Knowledge of direct equity (demat transactions market, ledger transfers)
• PMS/AIF execution
• Good written/verbal communication skill
• Knowledge of BSE platform ( its a add on, not mandatory)Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: 3+ Years in service role with wealth platform
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of documents required for ac activation/ quality service

IT Skills: MS Office
