Service Representative

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships
• Act as a liaison between members and medical carriers to resolve claims issues such as balanced billing and denied claims
• Complete special projects to ensure our clients are not missing out on any benefits they may not realize they are eligible for
• File and monitor voluntary benefit claims on behalf of the members
• Support members in understanding and maximizing their benefits

Skill Requirements

• Familiarity with Office 360
• Basic understanding of medical billing and claims
• Customer service experience
• Adaptable to changing situations
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to solve problems in a timely manner
• Time Management Skills
• 215 License (not required at time of hire, preferably obtained within 6 months)
