SERVICE SALES COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Service Sales in proposal focusing on customer’s needs. Upgrades, Retrofits, Service Agreement and Support, Spare Parts, Technical training.

Drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals – tracking contract expiry pipelines and proactively engaging customers ahead of renewal dates to minimize lapses in coverage.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Negotiate upgrades, service contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Collaborate to review and finalize contract.

Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communication.

Other ad hoc task as requested.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Proven track record of success in service sales, with at least 3 years of experience

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Dynamic and results-oriented
