Service Sales Engineer (Chiller / BMS / HVAC)

• Position: Service Sales Engineer (Chiller / BMS / HVAC)
• Location: Boon Lay office, with islandwide customer visits
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 Gross, comprising Basic Salary + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus of 2 Months, potentially up to 5 Months* + 16 to 21 Days’ Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through structured account planning.
• Identify new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote HVAC, chiller, BMS and value-added service solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with the Technical Support and Operations teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and recommended solutions.
• Develop appropriate pricing and selling strategies based on customer and market requirements.
• Review contract terms and conditions and present proposals to customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and encourage account growth and retention.
• Investigate customer concerns and coordinate appropriate technical or commercial solutions.
• Conduct regular service reviews with customers and Operations teams on critical jobs and service issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer expectations and provide relevant feedback.
• Perform other related sales and account-management responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HVAC, BMS or building-services sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, energy services or building services is advantageous.
• Strong customer account management, proposal and commercial negotiation skills.
• Able to work closely with technical and operations teams to develop customer solutions.
• Willing to travel islandwide for customer meetings and site visits. Transport allowance is provided.
