Service Sales Engineer - North Moravia

Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Short Description

Your day-to-day

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
• Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.
• You will be responsible for North Moravia region

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or customer-facing roles within an industrial environment.
• Technical background with the ability to understand customer applications and recommend value-adding solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers at different levels.
• Self-driven and proactive individual with a can-do attitude, strong ownership and a passion for delivering results.
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and communicative English, with willingness to travel and spend time close to customers. Residence in Ostrava or nearby

This role is fully remote and employed through our entity in Ostrava, Olomouc, Czech Republic (CZ). Other locations may be possible to review.
