Job Requirement

• Able to communicate Mandarin, English & Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to travel outstation
• With experience will more preferable
• Hardworking & responsibility
• Not indoor sales, not outdoor sales, is service sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve existing customer for process order
• To understand and customize customer’s needs and concerns
• Manage payment collection and update aging effectively
• Manage customer PO and register order into system
• Monitor customer order delivery date
• Manage customer SOA
