Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hr | Weekly Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM–4:30PM| Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Service Scheduler? You’ll be:

• Scheduling and overseeing regional field service engineers according to mission priority.
• Evaluating technical experience and location to dispatch the right technician.
• Communicating daily and promptly with customers regarding their service requests.
• Reporting scheduling delays of critical machines to Service Management.
• Collaborating with other schedulers to ensure sufficient coverage.
• Working closely with technical support engineers and the regional service manager.
• Ensuring all missions are properly scheduled and equipped with necessary tools and equipment.
• Managing paperwork and software completion for field technicians.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have strong communication and customer service skills, especially with high call volumes.
• Are comfortable handling fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Have computer proficiency, specifically with Outlook and Teams; willingness to learn SIS and some SAP.
• Possess strong follow-up and analytical skills.
• Have prior experience in customer service or a technical concentration (minimum three years preferred).
• Prior scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Are available to work a hybrid schedule after training, with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday.
