Braman Motorcars, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, has an immediate opening for a Shop Assistant in our Porsche Service Department. Great opportunity for an individual to grow within the service department with technical training.

Essential job functions of a Service Shop Assistant are as follows:

· Maintain shop cleanliness and safety at all times.

· Clean and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, removing garbage).

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

· Make adjustments and minor repairs.

· Stock and maintain supply rooms.

· Cooperate with the rest of the staff and assisting technicians as needed.

· Follow all health and safety regulations

· Road test vehicles as needed.

· Other duties as required.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• express technician/quick lube: 1 year (Preferred)
• shop maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• licensed driving: 7 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License with clean driving record (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• West Palm Beach, FL 33409: Relocate before starting work (Required)
