What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related course is an advantage.
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, food service, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Knowledgeable in basic food and beverage service procedures and proper dining etiquette.
- Able to accurately take customer orders, process payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
- Able to explain menu items, promotions, and special offers clearly to customers.
- Detail-oriented and able to ensure accurate orders, proper table setup, and timely food and beverage service.
- Willing and able to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Familiar with maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Able to monitor and maintain adequate supplies such as condiments, tissues, straws, coasters, and dining wares.
- Honest, reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
- Physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods and performing other restaurant service duties.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with Kitchen Specialists and Dining Team Leaders.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
