SERVICE STAFF

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic and service-oriented Service Staff to join our restaurant team.

You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our guests and supporting the team in ensuring a smooth dining experience.

This role is suitable for individuals looking for flexible part-time work, including students and candidates with previous F&B or hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with seating arrangements and table service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide menu information and respond to guests' enquiries.
• Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and according to restaurant standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest requests and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Support the team with other restaurant duties when required.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous F&B, hospitality or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Friendly, positive and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required.
• Shift schedules (Part Time) will be arranged according to operational requirements and candidate availability.
