About the role
This role offers proper training in refined service standards within a calm, counter-style Japanese fine dining environment. For candidates who are interested, there will also be opportunities to learn more about wine, sake, and beverage service through our award-winning beverage programme.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional service to guests
- Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience
- Follow restaurant SOPs and support daily operations
- Assist the Restaurant Manager and team to ensure smooth service
About you
- Prior experience in fine dining is preferred
- Experience in Western or Japanese fine dining service would be an advantage
- Strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively in English
