We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team
• Assist customers with menu-related queries
• Maintain professional grooming and service standards
• Handle customer requests courteously
• Support opening & closing activities

Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B preferred
• Freshers with the right attitude may also apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite and customer-focused
• Well groomed and presentable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work weekends & holidays when required
