Service Staff

About the role

As Service Staff, you will help create welcoming and memorable dining experiences for guests at Astro. Working closely with the Service Manager and kitchen team, you'll provide attentive table service, prepare and serve beverages, and ensure the dining room and bar remain clean, organized, and ready for service. Your professionalism, attention to detail and genuine hospitality help bring Astro's ingredient-first philosophy to life beyond the plate. As part of Astro's front-of-house team, you'll support daily restaurant operations by maintaining service standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with Company standards
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Company recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage station
• Monitor beverage stock and replenish supplies as needed
• Prepare dining areas before service and reset tables throughout the day
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Uphold Company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Participate in training and continuous skills development

About us

ASTRO is a neighborhood bistro anchored on local dairy. We serve simple, honest, and delicious food that uses products from local cow's milk as foundation. Each dish is made from scratch with ingredients sourced and produced at origin. Led by a team of industry professionals and creative multi-hyphenates, the group aims to grow the conversation of sustainable dining and domestic production.

Astro is owned and operated by Astro Dining Corp. located in Unit 1J, NBS Park, 125 Pioneer St. Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, Philippines 1550.

Benefits

• Gross Salary: PHP 21,000.00, subject to performance and tenure-based increases
