SERVICE SUPERVISOR

The Service Supervisor oversees daily aftersales operations of Ford Tagum to ensure profitability, efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role leads the service team, manages workflow and resources, ensures compliance with company and manufacturer standards, and drives continuous improvement in after-sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall service department operations and ensure service targets and profitability are met
• Manage workshop efficiency, service reception, and service administration
• Monitor repair orders, productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Implement service marketing and cost-control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with AUTOHUB and manufacturer policies, audit requirements, and internal controls
• Lead, coach, and evaluate service personnel; ensure proper workload distribution
• Coordinate closely with Parts, Sales, Customer Relations, and Marketing teams
• Handle customer and operational concerns; escalate unresolved issues when necessary
• Oversee parts inventory, forecasting, stock control, and parts sales performance
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and database management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field
• At least 4 years relevant experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong background in automotive service operations and after-sales management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
