Service Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor to lead and support our repair technicians in the daily operation of our Service Centre. You will work closely with the Service Manager and focus on day-to-day workshop operations, repair quality, technician development, and achieving service performance targets. The ideal candidate should have strong repair and troubleshooting experience, together with previous experience leading or supervising technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily repair activities
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to technicians
• Support the achievement of Service Centre KPIs and improve overall repair performance
• Coach and develop technicians to improve their repair skills
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, and work progress
• Troubleshoot and support technicians with complex repair cases
• Identify opportunities to improve repair efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
• Ensure proper repair procedures and workshop standards are followed
• Coordinate with Sales, other departments, and customers when necessary to resolve service-related issues and support smooth overall operations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant certification in Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 3 years of hands-on repair or maintenance experience, including experience leading or supervising technicians in a workshop or technical environment
• Strong hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tools, equipment, machinery, automotive, or similar technical products
• Experience training and guiding technicians
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work onsite in Singapore
