Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service operations and monitor team performance.
• Conduct pre-service, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Ensure PPF, tint, detailing, ceramic coating, and other services meet company standards.
• Identify workmanship issues such as bubbles, lifting, scratches, contamination, poor alignment, uneven application, and other defects.
• Verify that identified issues are properly corrected before vehicle release.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Review vehicle condition before and after service through photos, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians, installers, and management regarding quality concerns.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of customer vehicles throughout the service process.
• Monitor turnaround time while maintaining service quality.
• Conduct coaching and corrective feedback for technicians and installers.
• Report recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure work areas, tools, equipment, and service bays maintain proper standards.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints related to service quality.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automotive service operations, quality control, detailing, PPF, tint, or related automotive services.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive workmanship and service quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and inspection skills.
• Able to identify defects and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work hands-on and conduct actual vehicle inspections.
