Service Supervisor

About the role

Supervise preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and other service activities for water-cooled centrifugal chillers. Lead the diagnosis and resolution of chiller operational and technical issues, oversee service team performance, and provide technical support and after-sales assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and other service activities for water-cooled centrifugal chillers
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of chiller operational and technical issues
• Oversee service team performance and ensure quality, timely, and safe service delivery
• Provide technical support and after-sales assistance to customers
• Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address service concerns and improve equipment reliability

About you

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of water-cooled centrifugal chillers
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration principles, control systems, and related HVAC equipment
• Proven supervisory skills and the ability to lead, coach, and manage service personnel
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proficient in preparing technical reports and service documentation
• Willing to conduct site visits and provide on-site technical support as required
