Service Supervisor - Ford Naga

We are looking for a Service Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring efficient workshop operations, quality repairs, excellent customer service, and achievement of service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop personnel.
• Monitor repair orders, workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and job completion.
• Ensure all vehicle repairs and services are performed according to standards.
• Monitor the quality of completed repairs and ensure vehicles are released in proper condition.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety, quality, and operational standards in the workshop.
• Monitor workshop capacity, manpower allocation, and job scheduling.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Review service department performance and recommend improvements when necessary.
• Coach, train, and motivate service personnel to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership procedures, and applicable automotive standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Service Management role within the automotive industry, preferably in a car dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service operations.
• Good understanding of workshop processes, repair orders, warranty, and vehicle inspection.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable with service procedures and dealership operations.
• Proficiency in service management software and automotive diagnostic systems.
• Professional certification or qualification in automotive service management is desirable.
