Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
Age: 20–40 years

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily workshop/service operations.
• Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards, estimates and service documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor repair and service quality before vehicle delivery.
• Explain service requirements and repair estimates to customers.
• Handle customer queries and service-related complaints.
• Coordinate with spare parts and workshop teams.
• Monitor technician productivity and job progress.
• Ensure proper workshop discipline, safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain service records and provide regular updates to customers.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.
• Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
