Service Supervisor (TALISAY CITY, CEBU)

• Supervise daily operations of the Service Department.
• Oversee Service Advisors, Technicians, and other service personnel.
• Monitor repair orders, job progress, and service quality.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired according to manufacturer standards.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and performance.
• Coordinate with Parts and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dealership procedures.
• Monitor service department targets, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review service-related reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• With supervisory experience in an automotive service or dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a team and resolve operational issues.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in automotive aftersales/service operations.
• Experience handling technicians, Service Advisors, and customer concerns.
• Knowledge of dealership service processes and manufacturer standards.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
