Service Supplier Manager

On behalf of our client, an international telecommunications company with a strong presence across multiple markets, we are looking for an experienced Service Supplier Manager to oversee external service providers and ensure high standards of service delivery, supplier performance and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain supplier governance frameworks, including performance reviews, escalation processes and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of supplier relationships, including cost transparency, invoice validation, contract renewals and tenders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation and sourcing initiatives.
• Build effective relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, addressing issues and managing escalations.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier management, particularly in managing external service providers and outsourced services.
• Good understanding of SLA/KPI management, procurement processes and contract governance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and reliability.
• Commercial awareness, with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.
• Fluency in English.
