Service Support Assistant (Temporary 6 months)

About the role

This role involves managing production documentation, service records, and customer units through the service process. You will prepare labels, identification tags, and shipping documents, while maintaining accurate recordkeeping and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in an office and light warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review production checklists for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and update service records and customer documentation
• Prepare labels, identification tags, and shipping documents
• Track customer units through the service process and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Verify documentation received with customer units
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation activities
• File, organize, and retain service records in accordance with established procedures
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• High School Certificate, Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electronics or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately manage documentation and data entry
• 1-2 years' experience in customer support, document control, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is an advantage but not required
• Experience in electronics support or basic knowledge of electronics would be an advantage
• Occasional lifting of documents, boxes, or customer units for labeling and tracking purposes
